It seems like only last month (because it was) that Jason Derulo and Jordin Sparks were dressed to match for the MTV Video Music Awards. And now it's all over. So what about the song he wrote for her called "Marry Me?" Was it all a lie? Can we not have a single thing to believe in?
Apparently not, because Thursday Jason confirmed to a radio station, via Us , that it's over after three years. But apparently the two are still friends: "Everything is cool man. It's not a bad situation, it's not one of those kinds of things." Like plate-throwing things? Furniture on the lawn things? Yelling things? What kind of thing is it not?
Us writes that, according to an "insider," "They are both upset. It just wasn't working out. It was a lot of travel and hard to work with their schedules."
Earlier this month, Jordin instagrammed some sappy, embroidery-ready, inspirational message that began "They say love is blind. I disagree. Infatuation is blind, love is all-seeing and accepting."
